Synopsis

Penelope, having learned of the return of the Duke's biological daughter, declares her engagement to the Crown Prince will not be beneficial for either of them. She insists she doesn't want a marriage based on convenience or political gain, and she wants a partner who loves her. She further reveals her perspective that she exists in a game, and that the Crown Prince is not 'that person' who can truly love and rescue her. The Crown Prince is frustrated and doesn't understand her position, as he is only interested in a political match.
