Synopsis

Eugene uses the Windstorm Sword Winnead to blackmail bandits into obedience, threatening to expose their connection to Kajitan's emir and accuse them of theft. He then defeats the bandits' leader in combat, using his skills from his past life. Interrogating the leader, Eugene discovers he was ordered to prevent Eugene from entering Kajani, and that Kajani is the desert where Hamel's homeland was located, raising suspicions of a Sand Mage's base.
