Synopsis

Eugene is granted entry to the Royal Library despite some opposition, and learns about the library's significance and the legendary mages who left their mark on it. He is then confronted by the White Magic Tower Master, a renowned spiritualist, who desperately wants to borrow his sword, Winnead, which is connected to the King of Wind Spirits. While initially reluctant, Eugene considers leveraging the mage's desperation, hinting at a potential advantage. Finally, he receives the library's entry card, but is goaded about his apparent obsession with Madam Senya, before finally heading into the library on his own.
