Synopsis

Characters participate in a blood succession ritual, navigating an illusionary labyrinth where mana use is restricted, equalizing the playing field. The first arrival proposes that everyone fight the labyrinth boss one-by-one and they will watch. However, a main family member arrives second and arrogantly claims he will defeat the monster himself, believing he's far superior, showcasing the difference between main and branch families. The first challenger faces the monster but fails as it is not designed to kill so the main family member steps up and shows off his mastery of sword aura, a technique requiring years of training.
