Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist being questioned about being a meta-human, but denying it, only for a signal to suggest they might be one. After this, they arrive at a city protected by a strong barrier and are given explosive core bracelets. They learn about the city's rules and the threat of roaming at night, as it is unsafe with Wilderness people. The protagonist separates from their companion to explore and purchases flashbang-like devices.
