Synopsis

The chapter begins with a Node representative asserting that the current shelter group is incapable of handling the upcoming threat. The Node team leader announces he and another member will take charge, surprising the shelter's inhabitants. He reveals that the next hunt involves dangerous killer bees, that are both poisonous and fire resistant, and discusses an unusual method of dealing with them involving alcohol. Meanwhile, other Node members discuss their strategy to recruit Kim Gyeowul, realizing they can't force her, which includes staging a fight to prove their own power. They also note that the shelter will likely fall soon and they intend to recruit a second strong close-combat fighter in the future.
