Synopsis

The chapter sees the group successfully complete the second floor of a giant tree maze, unlocking new skills and abilities. Sungyoon, however, makes a peculiar decision to trigger a penalty condition by avoiding sacrifices, which summons an ancient demon. While the rest of the group proceeds to the third floor, Sungyoon prepares to face the summoned demon alone, using his newly acquired skills, while also exploiting the demon by gifting it his previous items to turn it against the other challengers. This sets up a major conflict for the next chapter as the other challengers have a confrontation with the demon.
