Synopsis

The protagonist suffers a severe mental strain, described as his chest being torn apart, as his 'mana circuit' overheats and proficiency drops. He encounters the Murim Alliance leader and reveals himself as the "Sword Ghost," showing ruthless pragmatism. A mirrored version of himself, fueled by strength, is causing an assimilation that threatens to overwhelm him, leading to a trial by the "God of Verification" to test his beliefs. This trial involves linking with a future version of himself, further intensifying the assimilation process and his internal conflict.
