Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist reaching the 7th floor and starting a trial that surprisingly mirrors a harder version of the tutorial, featuring a much larger sand golem. Upon completing the trial, he obtains a high-rank 'Wrought-Iron Pendant' that significantly boosts both offense and defense by absorbing magic power. He also discovers that his necromancy trait has advanced to D-rank, allowing him to utilize stored souls for shields and magic power. The chapter ends with the protagonist realizing the changed and tense atmosphere of the 7th floor community, where previous conflicts are subdued due to the individualistic nature of the current trials.
