Synopsis

The chapter opens with a chaotic battlefield where the hero and pope have been defeated. A challenger, Han Sungyoon, is confronted by Gloria, who activates a 'Divinity Balance' that neutralizes all divine powers and related abilities, including magic. Gloria, who believes in the Tower's methods for strength, offers Han Sungyoon a chance to grow stronger by joining her, but he refuses, choosing to face her in close combat despite the disadvantage. This reveals a fundamental difference in ideology and ultimately, a tragic confrontation is set in motion with Han choosing to die rather than compromise his values.
