Synopsis

Ulrich, seeking a fight after being looked down upon at a competition, confronts the legendary General Fergen, dismissing him as weak due to his age. Fergen acknowledges Ulrich's strength, but refuses a duel, stating he's a symbol and cannot lose. Instead, Fergen gives Ulrich advice on humility and respecting the rules of the capital, which Ulrich disregards while demanding answers about Fergen's legendary feats, which Fergen refuses to provide.
