Luka attempts to test his new augment against his instructor, Kinuan, but is quickly defeated due to his inexperience and distraction. He is then visited by Lillian Ramones, the sister of a fallen comrade, who proposes marriage to him, a move seemingly to gain political leverage. Luka initially accepts but then ultimately refuses Lillian's offer due to some unknown, personal hesitations.
Luka spars with his instructor, failing to gauge his strength while distracted. He's later approached by the sister of a deceased comrade with a strange marriage proposal.
