Synopsis

The chapter focuses on the protagonist's plan to combat a powerful demon by cultivating a specialized fighting force of demon hunters. He details the unique nature of demons and the need for different fighting methods. He intends to negotiate with the Emperor to establish a sovereign dominion for this purpose and also requests that a former hunter leader to guide the new forces.
