Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist confronting a corrupt official, who callously admits to killing a child, shattering the protagonist's hopes of a misunderstanding. This leads to a declaration of arrest and pursuit, with the protagonist stating he will bring down everyone involved even at the cost of himself. Meanwhile, the protagonist's ally investigates disappearances of commoner children and connects them to the Durumang Kingdom. The chapter ends with the protagonist’s transformation into a werewolf in order to pursue the kidnappers, while other children are captured and taken for experiments, and an undercover professor is taken hostage.
