Synopsis

The chapter reveals the results of the entrance exams, highlighting Aselle's top score in theory and Ronan's first-place rank in the practical exam for the Martial Arts Department, making him the department's salutatorian. Ronan is then approached by a powerful swordsman who recognizes his skill and points out his intentional slowing of his last attack. The headmaster and another instructor are also shown to be very interested in Ronan, impressed by his 'talent,' leading to a question about his desires for attending the academy, to which he replies he wants to have no regrets.
