Synopsis

The chapter focuses on a confrontation between the protagonist and Go Dang, a powerful but arrogant cult member who assaulted an investigator for a minor offense. The protagonist exposes Go Dang's past violent behavior and disregard for the lives of those he harms. Go Dang's history of violence, covered up by the Demonic Army, is also brought to light. The chapter concludes with the protagonist challenging Go Dang to a duel, offering to fight with only one hand despite Go Dang's ambidextrous sword skill, hinting at the protagonist's overwhelming strength.
