Synopsis

The chapter begins with a character explaining that the rules of Earth don't apply in the Tower, where strength is the only law. This character then encounters a group of fellow climbers and dismisses their concerns. The scene shifts to the emergence of invaders and the necromancer character, who summons spirit soldiers. Finally, the original group of climbers is approached by members of the "White Swallow" Guild who offer an alliance that is quickly rejected. The powerful individual ends up wanting to interrogate them later on.
