Synopsis

The chapter opens with the fallout of a guild branch's destruction on a lower floor by an exceptionally strong individual, deemed impossible due to the tower's penalties. High-level climbers decide to hire a bounty hunter to deal with this threat. In another storyline, a character recounts their tragic past, including the loss of their family and the reason behind their quest for revenge against dragons, eventually joining forces with the main group. He explains the tower's penalty system and his experience with it. This leads the group to conclude they need allies to fight against the strong forces that are their enemies.
