Synopsis

A self-proclaimed genius sorcerer attempts to intimidate a girl, who works for the powerful Little Sun Agency. A bystander expresses concern about their safety and the ensuing conflict. The sorcerer, now in an alliance with other, targets the girl because she is believed to be involved with the "Tengu," and she is later trapped by them.
