Synopsis

Adette Berse keeps getting reborn but never survives past 30, always after trying to get married. Determined to break the cycle, she vows to stay single and instead focuses on earning money for her family. In a society that frowns upon working women, she disguises herself as a man to invest in a business with Duke Mateilo. Intrigued by Adette’s audacious maneuver, the duke eschews business talk for continuous meetings. With her future on the line, can Adette outwit him and survive until the end?
