Synopsis

The chapter reveals the circumstances that lead to the master's final battle with the God of Fire, spurred by the disciple's attempt at a forbidden spell, which resulted in her near-freezing. To save her, the master made a deal for the Fire Spirit in exchange for a public battle. The disciple learns this information, along with the fact that the item she was given to heal was obtained through the sacrifice of her master's life, leading her to feel immense guilt.
