Synopsis

The protagonist cleverly provokes Sir Francis into a 'Berserk State', knowing his rage will lead him to attack other soldiers marked for that purpose outside of the battle arena, triggering the arena's automatic capture defense. This isolates Francis, allowing the protagonist to leverage his own skill upgrades gained before the fight, defeating Francis soundly. He capitalizes on this victory with a speech to dramatically increase his status, while revealing his past and future ambitions. The whole time, he's aware he's changing the story he was reincarnated in because of his previous dissatisfaction with it.
